We're staying on a different end of the island this time so the atmosphere is completely different .... more secluded and quiet, though I wasn't sure that was possible.
Our house is incredible!!
My niece, Lauren, really only cared about one thing ... finding the deer.
It didn't take long. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves.
We stopped to let the girls play on the playground when ...
... noticed we had an admirer watching over us.
Creepy!
This was after I ran over a snake.
I'm a tad skiddish tonight.
It didn't help that just before dark we ventured out to the pond behind our house and counted 8 baby alligator.
EIGHT.
And that my brother, Todd, thought it was hilarious to tease them with his fishing rod and watch them snap and act like they would chase us through the fairway.
My nerves. Oh, my nerves.
Good times .... more to come :)
