I don't get to see her nearly enough, usually waiting until she comes home for holidays, etc. Her husband, Bill, is in the military. They've moved around a lot, but seem to be settled for awhile, so I love that we can visit them now.
I didn't take near as many pictures as I usually do, but do have a few.
Friday, we went to a military family/friend day. It was 5000 degrees that day, but we didn't care. Honestly, it was great for Eric and I to be around that 'community' and understand a little more of what my brother, JP will be experiencing. It was interesting and we learned a lot.
Our girls didn't let the heat get to them. They stayed on the water slide most of the day ...
And ended the day in the pool ...
Saturday, we went to the beach all day. The weather was SO NICE. I could have stayed until the sun went down.
We went back to Cathy's for dinner, Olympics and what Cathy and I do best .... games.
I feel like with all the smack-talk and the fact that Cathy normally wins at word games, it's important to document I swept the entire night ....
It was a good day :) (She claimed she was tired - whatevah!!!!!)
After the game, we spent way too much time trying to get a picture (these make me laugh, Cathy) ...
I love that our girls love each other so much ...
Olivia cried crocodile tears when we pulled out of their driveway on Sunday. It seriously broke my heart and made me choke back tears. But, this weekend was good for my soul.
Thank you, Cathy! We love y'all so much.

Those pictures made me laugh as well (for many reasons)! We had such a great weekend- it just went too fast! Can't wait to see you guys the next time. Maybe I will practice MY boggle game and be able to keep up with the master next time!!! :-)
Love you,
Cathy
These are my girls yes I claim them both. I have watched them grow from little girls to young ladies to fine women. I am proud of you both and I am glad that God thought so much of you both that he gave you a lifetime friendship. He gives us abundantly beyond what we ask for. Love Me. Mom, Trish
