I started counting gifts of grace in 2012 .... recognizing little (or big!) gifts God bestows on me throughout the day. There are many more than I physically document here, but the point is to be still enough to recognize them. The goal is also to reach 1,000 gifts, so I'm going to continue in 2013, picking up where I left off in November ...
#330 My three favorite people 'camping out' in the living room on the last night the Christmas tree was up. It's a tradition. (It's also a tradition that Mommy sleeps in her nice, warm, comfy bed :)
#331 Doing crafts with the girls. We've been on a chalkboard-making kick.
#332 Eric's parents coming to dinner - twice! - and then hanging around to watch a movie with us.
#333 Friends who encourage me daily ~ to be a better Mom and wife and to not beat myself up when I fail at either one.
#334 Hearing my girls giggle at each other just before they fall asleep. I love that they are friends!
#335 Eric recognizing the walls are closing around me and suggesting we take a short road trip .... just because :)
#336 My church. And, the freedom to follow the Spirit in a service.
#337 The ability and privilege to teach a Women's Sunday School class .... and to laugh!
#338 Watching my girls experience God's grace during a service and seeing them become overwhelmed with His goodness. I can't think of anything better at this point.
#339 My sweet husband who graciously does little things for me with no questions asked. (Here he's recovering my dining room chairs for me .... again :)
#340 Spending a few minutes painting my girls' nails and hearing Olivia say it makes her feel special.
#341 Watching Olivia practice her gymnastics and knowing she loves something so much.
#342 Breakfast with a friend that runs into lunch because there is so much to talk about.
#343 Sitting around a dinner table with my extended family and genuinely enjoying being with every single person around the table.
#344 Celebrating my niece's 14th birthday ~ I'm so grateful for her life!
Many more to come ....

I loved the book one thousand gifts and have thought of listing mine on my blog once a month. This post has inspited me to try it this year.
